Ungava Tulattavik Health Center is an establishment within the health and social services network, dedicated to the health of the population in the seven communities of the Ungava Bay area, located north of the 55th parallel. ⢠Acts as an advisor and clinical expert to CLSC community-based psychosocial workers. ⢠Contributes to the quality control and evaluation of psychosocial services. ⢠Main areas of intervention include: ⢠Professional supervision and clinical support for practitioners; ⢠Quality of professional practice (intervention practices, PI-PSI, record-keeping, etc.); ⢠Development and implementation of procedures and protocols, in accordance with practice standards, aimed at improving services offered to clients; ⢠Support for the standardization of practices and for maintaining a continuum of services across all community services (access to services, CLSC support, collaboration on waitlist management, etc.); ⢠Support for teaching and training; ⢠Works in collaboration with community services managers to improve, implement, harmonize, and monitor psychosocial practice; ⢠Participates in various working committees; ⢠Performs any other related duties.
⢠Member in good standing of their professional regulatory body; ⢠Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in various CLSC programs; ⢠Minimum of 1 year clinical supervision experience within the health network; ⢠Minimum of 1 year work experience in a remote region; ⢠Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written); knowledge of Inuktitut is an asset; ⢠Strong organizational skills, leadership, autonomy, analytical and synthesis abilities; ⢠Ability to establish and maintain positive interpersonal relationships; ⢠Availability to travel across the territory as needed; ⢠Ability to adapt to a different cultural environment and to a demanding context with multiple mandates; ⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
