📋 Description

• Lead handling: You promptly call new applicants and perform initial screening. • Active sourcing: You proactively search LinkedIn for top talent for our key roles. • Closing: You conduct applicant and contract discussions through to signature. • CRM discipline: You document every step thoroughly in our CRM system.

🎯 Requirements

• Headhunting background: You must come from a performance-oriented environment (staffing / headhunting). • High energy & strong communication: You project competence and confidence in your voice. • Closing mindset: You conduct conversations not just to "get to know" candidates but to determine fit and secure them for the company. • ESTJ/ENTJ personality: You are structured, decisive and results-oriented. • Active sourcing professional: LinkedIn Recruiter and cold outreach to candidates are part of your daily toolkit.
