• Serve as the primary operations admin for HubSpot, including managing properties, uploading lists, creating forms, building workflows and automations and overseeing general administration. • Design, build, and maintain marketing automation and nurture workflows to ensure timely and relevant communications. • Manage lead data within the CRM, ensuring data quality, cleanliness, and proper segmentation for effective marketing execution. • Building/QA’ing program setups (emails, forms, tracking, UTMs), ensuring consistent standards and fast delivery. • Oversee integrations between various MarTech tools and support ongoing field marketing and campaign operations, including event management (lead scanning & upload). • Partner with Demand Gen, Content, Field Marketing, and Sales, to align campaign execution and measurement.
• 2–4+ years experience in Marketing Ops, Campaign Ops, or Marketing Automation in a B2B environment with extensive HubSpot experience, demonstrating proficiency across multiple parts of the platform (e.g., properties, forms, lists, workflows, lead scoring) • Substantial experience with other MarTech tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo/RingLead, Clay, Mobly, or Seismic • Experience in an Enterprise B2B or similar environment that involves lead management and nurturing. Familiarity with UTMs and attribution tracking methods • Proven ability to quickly learn new tools and utilize AI to achieve intermediate-level proficiency for task completion • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, shifting priorities, and ambiguous situations effectively while maintaining a sense of urgency
