📋 Description
• Implement, administer and maintain cost control system and procedures • Assist in the preparation and review of cost estimates • Provide cost information to support decision and alternative selection • Evaluate and analyze fee proposals / bids and provide recommendations • Maintain and manage the cost report and provide regular updates
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of Cost Control experience within construction • A recognized university degree in Construction Management or related field
