📋 Description
• Due to growing demand for our consultancy services, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Project Director to lead and oversee our digital projects with a specific client in Europe. • This role involves managing the end-to-end delivery of complex digital projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a collaborative environment for project teams. • Lead the planning, execution and delivery of digital projects, including platform designs and business intelligence development. • Manage cross-functional teams, providing guidance and ensuring effective collaboration among stakeholders. • Act as a client side advisor and serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations and implementing best practice to deliver outcomes for our clients. • Develop and oversee project budgets, timelines and resource management. • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure success of project delivery. • Ensure all digital deliverables meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on time. • Evaluate project outcomes and processes, implementing improvements for future initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in delivering complex digital projects, with at least 5 years in a leadership role • Bachelor’s degree in STEM related subjects, e.g. Mathematics, Computer Science • Should have experience in the construction industry with a solid understanding of technical areas such as procurement, design, construction, and handover • Hands-on experience in business intelligence, business analysis, digital strategy and change management • Proficient in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies • PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certifications • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams • Excellent problem-solving skills • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
