📋 Description

• Execute rigorous physical due diligence, including the evaluation of structural integrity, MEP system capacities, and site-specific utility infrastructure. • Synthesize complex technical data into concise 'Go/No-Go' feasibility reports for a range of stakeholders, highlighting potential cost-drivers or schedule-impactors. • Assess the alignment between 'as-is' site conditions and the technical requirements of the client’s prototype or specific use-case. • Navigate complex municipal zoning ordinances, land-use restrictions, and local building codes to confirm the viability of intended operations. • Identify required discretionary approvals and establish critical path timelines for procurement. • Oversee the procurement and critical review of ALTA surveys, Title Commitments, and Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or applicable bachelor’s degree and or equivalent experience. • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant project management experience. • Strong organizational and management skills – the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team. • Effective presentation skills. • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools. • Excellent communication skills.
