📋 Description

• Monitor and oversee contractors' QA/QC activities and quality documentation • Review inspection requests, material inspection requests, test reports, submittals, certificates, and manufacturer documentation • Identify and track quality issues, non-conformances, defects, NCRs, and SORs through close-out • Participate in quality audits, inspections, and site walks with project stakeholders • Monitor compliance with approved Quality Management Systems, ISO standards, and authority requirements • Coordinate with engineering, construction, commercial, HSE, commissioning, operations, and project management teams • Maintain records of inspections, testing, NCRs, quality observations, corrective actions, commissioning activities, and handover documentation • Review quality aspects of as-built documentation, handover dossiers, O&M manuals, test packs, and final quality records • Provide regular quality reports and updates to PMC management and the client

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record within the same or similar position • Construction-related degree is desirable • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is necessary • Consultancy experience is preferable • Local relevant QA/QC experience is highly desirable • Good communication and analytical skills are required • Experience with QA/QC activities, Quality Management Plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and quality procedures • Knowledge of power and utilities standards, ISO standards, and applicable authority requirements • Ability to review Inspection Requests (IRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), test reports, material submittals, test certificates, and manufacturer documentation
