📋 Description

• Work on exciting and challenging commissions that improve capital strategy and project success • Provide best-practice advice and hands-on help in establishing, transforming, operating and optimizing major programs and projects • Deploy consulting techniques to improve performance across the capital and project lifecycle • Lead workstreams and take ownership of significant/complex deliverables • Support business leaders with business and practice development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or other recognized professional qualification in management consulting, business management, engineering, construction, procurement, contract management, project management, project controls or information technology • 4 to 6 years experience in similar consulting role OR 5 to 10 years experience in relevant role in infrastructure, natural resources, heavy industrial, or construction sectors • ability to provide value-adding advice and hands-on help in infrastructure, commercial real estate, or natural resources sectors • awareness of business improvement approaches including business process re-engineering, system development, change management • excellent written and verbal communication skills • prior experience on high value capital programs • experience in digital data analytic tools is advantageous
