📋 Description
• Lead the development, validation, and translation of business and system requirements into practical digital solutions • Lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of a PMIS systems for a large PMO focusing on cost, risk, schedule, and portfolio tools • Design and implement dashboarding and reporting solutions (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) • Provide technical training, coaching, and user adoption support to client teams
🎯 Requirements
• Strong understanding of digital systems and data-driven delivery within capital projects and asset management • Proven experience delivering client-facing digital or data-enabled change • Ability to clearly link digital solutions to client value • Strong understanding of PMO / PMIS tools, methodologies, and governance • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High emotional intelligence with the confidence to challenge constructively
