📋 Description

• Manage multiple regional retail bank renovation projects from initiation through completion • Oversee planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout • Coordinate renovations in occupied facilities while minimizing business disruption • Prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality controls, and risk identification with clients • Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process • Conduct requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources • Facilitate project charters and integrated timelines • Keep project functions on schedule and resolve or escalate issues • Lead regular project status meetings • Collaborate on solutions and guide teams through implementation and completion • Coach team members and develop functional expertise • Influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex ideas • Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and operational plans • Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8–10 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education considered in lieu of a degree • Financial services client experience required • Retail construction program experience highly desirable • LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Experience with Kahua, MS Project, or other project management software • Expert organizational skills and advanced inquisitive mentality • Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions • Up to 25%–30% regional travel in the Eastern or Central time zones • On-site presence and requirements may change depending on client needs
