âą Experience in Systems Engineering âą Proficiency in Windows 11+, Windows Server 2022+ âą Knowledge of Apple Operating Systems âą Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure âą Experience with Microsoft Intune & Autopilot âą Understanding of Microsoft Defender & Sentinel âą Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop âą Experience with Microsoft Fabric âą Strong customer service and communication skills
