📋 Description

• Managing relationships with insurance payers to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement for skilled nursing services. • Verifying patient insurance benefits. • Obtaining prior authorizations. • Resolving any issues related to insurance coverage. • Working closely with admissions, billing, and clinical teams to ensure compliance with insurance requirements and optimize revenue cycle outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• A fire and passion for working with seniors • A flexible, fun, and energetic personality • High school diploma, or equivalent, required • Minimum of five years of prior related experience required • Must possess a strong work ethic and be a team player • Prior experience in payroll in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting highly preferred • Professional image in both appearance and behavior • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
