📋 Description
• Oversee health and safety programs, processes, and compliance efforts across all countries. • Report directly to the Global Health and Safety (GHS) Manager. • Provide regular updates, reports, and recommendations on regional H&S matters. • Ensure all regional H&S activities, procedures, and documentation follow Twilio’s global Health & Safety policies and standards. • Develop, update, and standardize H&S policies across APJ locations. • Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations in each location. • Conduct regular risk assessments at all regional APJ Twilio locations. • Design and deliver H&S training programs tailored to each site’s needs. • Coordinate incident investigations across APJ. • Schedule and perform regular H&S audits at each location.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 5 years of experience in health and safety roles, ideally with regional or multi-site responsibility and international regulatory compliance in APJ • Accredited and regionally recognized health and safety certifications, with verifiable credentials. • Fluency in English
