📋 Description

• Design, develop, deploy and operate software solutions • Help deliver real-time, low-latency capabilities for next-generation communications • Work on complex distributed systems in a virtualized cloud environment • Ship multiple projects during the six-month internship • Learn from engineers working in distributed computing, real-time DSP/audio processing, virtualization performance and distributed messaging • Take responsibility for core features and services delivered to users • Develop applications • Improve coding skills and use issue-tracking and source-control systems • Participate in code reviews, bug tracking and project management

🎯 Requirements

• To be working towards a Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or related degree • Keen interest in software development with several side projects and possibly participation in the open source community • Hungry entrepreneurial and "can do" spirit, evidenced by successful interest in learning new technologies • Experience writing code in Python, Java, JavaScript, PHP, C or C++ • Desired: Knowledge of unit and integration testing methodologies, with ability to write, debug and deploy testing frameworks • Desired: Experience in data processing, analytics, business intelligence, and reporting • Desired: Experience with Hadoop, Spark, Python, Scala, etc. • Must be located in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Maharashtra or Delhi, India for the duration of the internship
