📋 Description

• Provide accurate Arabic ↔ English live interpretation across healthcare, banking, insurance, education, and emergency services • Communicate professionally with speakers of different accents, speaking speeds, and communication styles • Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism throughout every call • Complete 3-week training, including self-paced online learning and approximately 2 days of live online sessions • Handle real interpretation calls under an experienced mentor during 4-week mentoring • Progress to full-time interpreter placement upon successful completion

🎯 Requirements

• Arabic-English interpretation capability • Accurate Arabic ↔ English live interpretation across healthcare, banking, insurance, education, and emergency services • Professional communication with speakers of different accents, speaking speeds, and communication styles • Ability to maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism throughout every call • Availability for night shifts starting anytime between 8:00 PM–12:00 AM Malaysia Time • Availability to work 5 days per week with 2 days off • Weekend work may be required based on the company roster • Successful completion of pre-assessment, English Assessment, Arabic Assessment, 3-week training, and 4-week mentoring • Performance during mentoring determines progression to the full-time interpreter role
