• Facilitate communication between parties who speak different languages. • Accurately interpret conversations between a French speaker (caller) and an English speaker (emergency operator). • Convey the message in the preferred language of the caller ensuring mutual understanding.
• Proficient in both English and French, with the ability to write and read in both languages. • Work can start at any time between 8 pm and 12 am, and shifts change every 3 months. • The workday is 8 hours long, inclusive of a 1-hour break. • This is an entry-level position with no specific qualifications required. • Open to applicants from the following countries: Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, Thailand, and Vietnam.
