📋 Description

• Source, attract, and engage top IT talent for clients across the APAC region, with a focus on India • Develop and maintain a strong network of candidates, clients, and partners in India • Conduct thorough interviews, assessments, and reference checks • Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate communication • Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and preferences • Meet and exceed recruitment targets, goals, and KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field • Strong knowledge of the India job market, trends, and regulations • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in recruitment software, tools, and technologies • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills • Nice to Have: • Experience with cloud-based recruitment platforms and tools • Knowledge of IT industry trends, technologies, and skill sets • Fluency in multiple languages (optional)
