📋 Description

• Manage project/program related to HR, Workday and ADP. • Oversee and ensure delivery on time for complex programs and manage stakeholders effectively. • Provide excellent communication with stakeholders regarding project progress. • Handle payroll and finance project aspects including systems like Workday and ADP. • Engage in risk management and budget oversight for projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years’ experience in project/program management • 9+ years in managing large complex programs with multiple stakeholders • International project experience • Must have experience with payroll and/or payroll and finance projects, such as Workday, ADP, e-TIme, Inspire and/or product areas including Benefits, Equity or Time & Attendance systems • Excellent communication (written and oral), presentation skills • Core Project Management skills - Scope management, Delivery on time, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Budget Management • Should have experience with infrastructure projects • Scheduling Skills (MS Project or equivalent) • Desired: Supply Chain skills/experience • Learning Systems Experience • Conflict management / problem solving • Negotiation skills • Financial experience (budget planning) • Contract management (SoW, Contracts, work orders, etc.)
