📋 Description
• Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels across warehouses and 3PL providers. • Reconcile inventory variances and resolve stock discrepancies. • Maintain accurate records in inventory management systems. • Assist with forecasting and demand planning in collaboration with operations and eCommerce teams. • Place purchase orders with manufacturers and suppliers based on forecasts and inventory levels. • Monitor production timelines and proactively escalate delays or issues. • Track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery. • Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, and 3PL partners to manage freight bookings, customs, and delivery schedules. • Ensure accurate documentation for international shipments and customs clearance. • Build strong relationships with suppliers and 3PLs to improve service and efficiency. • Support regular reporting on supply chain performance, delivery timelines, and stock health. • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Assist with streamlining supply chain processes and workflows. • Support the implementation of automation tools and integrations with platforms like Shopify, NetSuite, or similar. • Ensure compliance with relevant safety and quality standards. • Perform other role-specific duties as required.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations within eCommerce or retail. • Proven experience working with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and international shipping. (Must have) • Solid understanding of inventory management systems and supply chain best practices. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. • Skilled in creating and maintaining product SKUs, variants, and Bill of Materials (BOM) for bundled or kit products. • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Shopify, DEAR Systems, or NetSuite is a plus.
