• Architect multichain production infrastructure with Kubernetes and AWS • Build self-service platform capabilities with CI/CD and GitOps • Design and operate high-throughput data systems with event-driven pipelines • Implement end-to-end observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry • Establish zero-trust IAM and secrets management • Lead post-mortems and drive architecture decisions • Mentor engineers across teams
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years building and scaling production infrastructure from startup to enterprise scale • Proven leadership of initiatives that improved developer velocity and system reliability • Deep expertise in event-driven architectures and high-performance data systems • Strong cross-functional influence without formal authority • Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, GitOps, Terraform, CI/CD, and observability tools is a plus
