📋 Description
• Develop and manage a monthly social media calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook • Produce high-quality, on-brand assets (short-form video/Reels/TikToks, photography, and copy) • Engage with our audience daily, responding to comments, DMs, and mentions • Stay ahead of beauty industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and viral opportunities • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to optimize future content and strategy • Partner with the Marketing and PR teams to support product launches and influencer campaigns
🎯 Requirements
• 1–4 years of experience managing social media for a luxury, beauty, or wellness brand • Sharp eye for aesthetic • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment • Ability to translate technical clinical data into consumer-friendly content
