📋 Description

• Review customers' accounts in arrears to determine the best decision to cover a debt • Contact customers through inbound and outbound calls and emails to settle payments • Explain the root cause of outstanding balances and help avoid future payment defaults • Provide a customer-centric service experience • Support offline tasks to maintain proper workflow • Proactively improve processes and collection methods

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English • Readiness to work from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. or 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. • Proven commitment to high quality customer service • Ability to handle difficult customer calls • Positive attitude towards customers, colleagues, changes and challenges • Accuracy and autonomy in action • Good work organization and prioritization skills • Good PC skills (MS Office) • Experience in debt collection or call centre will be an asset
