📋 Description

• Provide advanced expertise in Workday Financial Management for process analysis, design, configuration, and problem-solving in a complex, multi-system environment with a strong focus on end-to-end financial solutions and integrations • Serve as lead systems administrator for Workday Finance applications, including Core Financials (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable), Accounting Center, Expenses, Procurement, Projects, Revenue Management, Assets, Cash Management, Close & Consolidation, and related modules • Uphold the integrity of Workday Finance data and processes through continuous examination, audit controls, and reconciliation activities • Configure and schedule routine and ad hoc advanced, matrix, and composite reports; create advanced calculated fields; and ensure report accuracy and integrity • Interpret data requests while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance • Collaborate with leadership to evaluate financial processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization on a consistent basis • Lead the creation of process documents and job aids for all Workday Finance and integration-related work to ensure consistent knowledge across teams • Take a consultative approach when working with cross-functional teams (Finance, Accounting, IT, etc.) to create detailed requirement documents for system changes, with full understanding of downstream impacts on integrations and processes • Identify and analyze business needs, gather requirements, and define objectives for Workday Finance applications and their integrations with internal and external business processes • Maintain both user-based and role-based security assignments and Workday’s authentication policies to ensure proper visibility and protection of confidential financial information • Apply advanced problem-solving abilities and provide alternative solutions based on business requirements, with particular emphasis on integration design and data flow • Perform job functions adhering to company values with a customer service focus on innovation, service excellence, and teamwork to provide the highest quality support to Finance and business users

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Systems Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other related Business degree • 4+ years of progressive Finance technology or ERP experience • At least 2 years of successfully demonstrated Workday Financial Management configuration and support experience • Extensive knowledge of at least three of the following Workday Finance modules: Core Financials (GL/AP/AR), Accounting Center, Expenses, Procurement, Projects, Revenue Management, Assets, Cash Management, Close & Consolidation • Strong working knowledge of Workday report writing (including Prism Analytics where applicable) • Experience managing integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, APIs, etc.) and business process configuration • Excellent analytical, project management, and written and verbal communication skills • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) • Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and work efficiently with minimal direction and supervision
