📋 Description

• Support IT EMR Services with a primary focus on Epic ASAP and related clinical applications • Responsible for application support, system maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and workflow optimization • Collaborate with operational and IT teams to resolve complex issues • Implement system enhancements and support continuous improvement initiatives • Work in a dynamic healthcare technology environment • Enhance the technology and workflows that empower clinicians and improve patient experiences

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma/GED plus seven (7) years of experience supporting and maintaining computer systems • Associate's degree in Computer Sciences, Nursing, or related healthcare field, plus five (5) years of experience supporting and maintaining computer systems • Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Nursing, or related healthcare field, plus three (3) years of experience supporting and maintaining computer systems • Post Graduate degree in Computer Sciences, Nursing, or related healthcare field, plus one (1) year of experience supporting and maintaining computer systems required • Epic ASAP certification required • Proficiency in Epic ASAP and related applications • Knowledge of drug formulary, dispensing and ordering methods & products, processes and procedures used in a pharmacy is required • The ability to lead meetings, resolve conflicts, maintain issue lists, and manage a project plan • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
