📋 Description

• Manages and prioritizes tasks related to data management to meet project needs. • Responsible for overall quality of the database to be delivered to the statistician sponsor. • Serve as UBC primary contact for data related activities on multiple projects from start-up through database lock. • Responsible for delivering quality databases to stakeholders and communicating any clarifications or details that would affect the data analysis to the statistician. • Coordinate tasks of the Data Management staff as it pertains to assigned projects. • Create and maintain the Data Management Plan and all other core documents for assigned projects. • Design or assist in designing databases to meet study needs. • Develop Edit Specifications or provide input as needed. • Coordinate development and validation of study database. • Review and provide input to ensure data collection tools (i.e., CRFs/PROs) meet data requirements prior to going into production. • Provide any interim and final reports as required by the sponsor. • Serve as the central person for all report requests. • Provide needed status reports to sponsor and/or project team. • Answer questions on data collection tools (i.e., CRFs/PROs), protocol, query resolution process on an ongoing basis. • Responsible for conducting data reconciliation between databases (i.e., safety, lab) including coordination of transfers. • Delegates data review and other tasks to trained data reviewers on team. • Oversees team members activities while serving as the team leader. • Ensures Plans and processes are followed. • Lead DM meetings and participate in study meetings as needed. • Presents the EDC, data management activities and CCGs at Investigator meetings and kick off meetings. • Assures project activities are performed within the scope of the project and according to the timelines. • Primary contact with any laboratories or third-party service providers involved to obtain and integrate data. • Responsible for all support operation specialists’ duties should the need arise. • Other duties as assigned by management.

🎯 Requirements

• College graduate in a science or equivalency in clinical data experience • Minimum 5 years clinical data management experience • Experienced in all stages of a clinical trials within Data Management. • Experience in late stage and real-world evidence projects a plus • Good written and verbal communication skills • Good interpersonal skills
