📋 Description
• Act as a subject matter expert on location data, providing advanced support to internal and external stakeholders using our proprietary tools and processes • Lead data manipulation tasks, resolve complex data discrepancies, and implement improvements to existing workflows • Design, deliver, and oversee comprehensive audits on listing data to maintain exceptional quality standards. • Develop, refine, and document task best practices to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness. • Ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables, consistently meeting or exceeding SLAs. • Support team members through training sessions, mentoring, and sharing advanced best practices. • Support the team by stepping in as acting lead when the manager is on PTO • Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline team workflows • Conduct quality assurance (QA) reviews of team outputs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance processes, tools, and client-facing solutions.
🎯 Requirements
• A seasoned professional with 5 years of experience in data operations, quality assurance, data entry or a related field. • Strong experience with automation, including identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing solutions to increase efficiency. • Strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to handle complex data discrepancies and provide clear solutions. • Excellent communication skills in English including written, spoken, and reading skills • Capable of delivering effective training and mentoring sessions. • Proven ability to act as team lead during the manager’s absence, maintaining clear communication, decision-making, and team alignment. • Experience in quality assurance, audit processes, and reporting insights to stakeholders. • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines. • Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets is a plus
