📋 Description

• Own our entire digital ecosystem: website, blog, and landing pages (WordPress + Elementor + ActiveCampaign). • Plan, launch, and optimize multichannel campaigns (email, SEO, LinkedIn, partnerships). • Build and improve marketing automation flows in ActiveCampaign. • Track CAC, LTV, MQLs, SQLs, and help drive marketing-sourced revenue. • Collaborate closely with sales and design to align messaging and grow pipeline. • Lead our experimentation roadmap — A/B tests, CRO (conversion rate optimization), and AI tools. • Own performance reporting and ongoing optimization cycles.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing roles, preferably B2B/SaaS. • Fluent English (written and spoken). • Advanced experience with WordPress, Elementor, ActiveCampaign, and SEO tools. • Ability to plan and measure marketing funnels and buyer journeys. • Hands-on knowledge of AI tools and their application in marketing operations. • Strategic thinker with high ownership and strong execution skills. • Experience selling to U.S. tech companies or working with international audiences (nice-to-have). • Familiarity with Marketo or HubSpot (nice-to-have).
