📋 Description

• Develop new features and maintain existing components across front-end and back-end systems • Build and enhance applications using React on the front end and .NET / C# on the back end • Design and optimize MS SQL databases for performance and reliability • Contribute to architectural discussions and system design decisions • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code • Collaborate closely with product and engineering stakeholders • Help improve engineering standards and development workflows • Join an Assessment-focused engineering team working on digital interviewing and talent assessment solutions used globally • Contribute to product evolution and maintainability in a collaborative, distributed environment

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with .NET (C#) in production environments • Solid experience building modern front-end applications with React • Experience with MS SQL or similar relational databases • Senior-level mindset with strong ownership and accountability • Experience working on existing production systems, not only greenfield • Ability to handle evolving requirements and technical ambiguity • Strong English communication skills, written and verbal • Experience collaborating in distributed teams • Experience with microservices architectures • Familiarity with AWS cloud environments • Exposure to test automation practices • Experience with AWS AI-related services such as SageMaker, Lex, Comprehend, or Rekognition is a bonus, not required
