📋 Description

• Code enterprise-level SaaS video interview and/or chatbot platform software • Design and implement integrations with external Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) • Master third-party APIs while maintaining data integrity and system reliability • Innovate on internal tools to improve users' day-to-day experiences • Prototype and build intuitive, high-performance interfaces for complex internal workflows • Identify and automate repetitive manual tasks across the organization • Use performance and error monitoring tools to evaluate automated solutions • Design and implement scalable solutions • Write comprehensive tests and perform code reviews • Document work and architectural patterns for the broader engineering team • Participate in daily and weekly engineering team meetings to align on schedules and SDLC progress • Provide guidance and constructive feedback to new or associate team members • Continue learning new languages, libraries, and SDLC best practices • Collaborate with Software Engineers, Engineering Team Lead, QA Engineers, Product Managers, and Product Designers

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with .NET (C#) in production environments • Solid experience building modern front-end applications with React • Experience working with MS SQL or similar relational databases • Senior-level mindset with strong ownership and accountability • Experience working on existing production systems, not only greenfield • Ability to handle evolving requirements and technical ambiguity • Strong English communication skills, written and verbal • Experience collaborating in distributed teams • Experience with microservices architectures preferred • Familiarity with AWS cloud environments preferred • Exposure to test automation practices preferred • Experience with AWS AI-related services such as SageMaker, Lex, Comprehend, or Rekognition is a bonus, not required
