📋 Description

• Build and expand the healthcare data platform and member management solution • Write high-quality code through various channels and collaborate with the Product team • Influence the culture and technical direction of the organization • Own projects end-to-end, including unstructured problems • Scale infrastructure connecting health insurance carriers and technology partners • Improve engineering standards and processes • Mentor junior engineers • Lead technical standards, distributed infrastructure scaling, and AI initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and launching AI projects • Strong software development craft and ability to write high-quality code • Experience designing, building, and maintaining APIs • At least 8+ years of software engineering experience • High proficiency in Rust • Ability to thrive in highly collaborative engineering teams • Transparent and positive communication • Ruby familiarity is a nice-to-have • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform is a nice-to-have • Exposure to Datadog is a nice-to-have • Experience in performance monitoring, incident handling, or CI/CD process optimization is a nice-to-have • Background in large-scale distributed systems or infrastructure-heavy products is a nice-to-have
