📋 Description

• Lead the development and execution of solution design, sales content, and go-to-market enablement initiatives. • Act as the central point of contact for all content creation requests and sales support materials. • Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and other teams to gather market insights and campaign materials. • Manage the creation and tracking of case studies, client testimonials, and content updating for GTM campaigns. • Own sales enablement content creation and drive the execution of content requests from sales and other stakeholders. • Coordinate inputs from various teams for content and solution delivery and oversee quality assurance.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in solution strategy, sales enablement, go-to-market content development, or a closely related field. • Proven ability to independently own and manage complex solution content and sales support initiatives. • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive B2B sales content. • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities. • Demonstrated ability to gather, synthesize, and distill information from diverse sources across an organization. • Proficiency with content management tools (Paperflite, Google Drive, or similar), HubSpot CRM, and presentation software. • Strong knowledge of the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry or similar professional services environment.
