📋 Description
• Support high-quality classroom observations that assess the extent teachers integrate Learning Through Play approaches • Collect reliable and objective classroom-level data using a structured observation tool • Conduct structured classroom observations in assigned schools • Observe teachers during regular classroom lessons without disrupting activities • Complete observation checklists accurately and objectively • Record field notes highlighting important classroom practices, behaviors, and observations • Report challenges, technical issues, or deviations from protocols • Support data cleaning by responding to clarification requests from the MEL team
🎯 Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Psychology, Research Methods, Monitoring and Evaluation, or related fields • Strong understanding of primary education environments and classroom practices • Previous experience conducting classroom observations, education research, or school-based assessments • Strong attention to detail and ability to collect objective observational data • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work professionally within school environments.
