📋 Description
• Processing and implementing website edit requests submitted by customers • Translating client feedback into professional web design solutions • Reviewing client requests and executing changes to website content • Utilizing AI tools to efficiently rewrite, expand, or adjust copy provided by the client • Evaluating client-requested changes against User Experience (UX) best practices • Performing rigorous quality checks on all completed edits
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required • Proven experience in web design, content editing, or digital asset curation • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus • Customer Support Background (Plus): Prior experience in customer service, client onboarding, or support ticketing is highly valued
