📋 Description

• Lead and guide a fully-remote Addiction Medicine program. • Responsible for clinical and administrative oversight of the program. • Ensure the delivery of exceptional, evidence-based care in a virtual environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license for the State of Hawaii. • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution. • A minimum of five (5) years of clinical nursing experience. • A minimum of three (3) years of direct experience in addiction medicine, substance use disorder treatment, or psychiatric/mental health nursing. • Previous experience in a leadership, supervisory, charge nurse, or program coordination role. • High level of technological proficiency, including experience with Electronic Health Records (EHRs), telehealth platforms, and secure communication tools. • Preferred: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or a related field (e.g., MPH, MHA). • Certification as a Certified Addictions Registered Nurse (CARN) or Certified Addictions Registered Nurse-Advanced Practice (CARN–AP). • Experience in new program development and implementation. • Demonstrated experience managing clinical services in a telehealth or virtual environment.
