📋 Description

• Development and research of new tourism products (packages, itineraries, tours), prioritizing innovation and competitiveness. • Negotiation with suppliers (hotels, transportation, local operators) to secure the best terms and service quality. • Continuous analysis and updating of the product portfolio according to market trends and target audience demand. • Support for sales and marketing teams in creating promotional strategies. • Monitoring product performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation. • Expansion and strengthening of strategic national and international partnerships. • Monitoring the customer experience to ensure quality and satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in the development and management of tourism products. • Proficiency in the Cangooroo system (Essential!). • In-depth knowledge of international products such as Disney, SeaWorld, and Universal. • Experience in the Latin American market and its particularities. • Supplier negotiation and management skills. • Analytical ability for product optimization. • Effective communication and organizational skills. • Proactivity and creativity to identify new business opportunities. • Advanced English (other languages are a plus). • Spanish. • Knowledge of reservation systems and tourism platforms.
