📋 Description

• Provide strategic project management leadership for large and complex projects • Lead medium-to-large engineering projects from initiation through close-out for Plant SCADA • Responsible for managing all aspects of project execution, including scope, stakeholder management, schedule, budget, and quality, within the Plant SCADA • Lead internal and external project meetings, including progress reviews and problem-solving sessions • Develop and implement project plans, including risk management and mitigation strategies • Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations • Ensure availability or seeks out adequate resources to support the project • Proficient in analyzing problems, identifying alternative solutions, understanding consequences of proposed actions, and implementing recommendations to support project scope, schedule, and cost objectives • Serve as point of contact for clients, regularly updating project status and addressing any concerns, issues, or risks • Manage a collaborative project team to ensure each key functional project discipline is meeting the planned project scope, schedule, and cost • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work. • Maintain customer focus to meet or exceed customer expectations and represent Ulteig in a professional and courteous manner • Ensure that project timelines are maintained and milestones are met • Monitor project progress and take corrective actions to keep projects on schedule • Monitor and control project budgets to prevent overspending • Monitor and control project costs • Adhere to Ulteig governance policies and procedures for project success • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that technical aspects of the project are properly managed • Ensure that best practices are shared and implemented effectively across projects and teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field • 5-7 years of direct project management experience, with at least 3 years in an engineering environment • Advanced technical engineering knowledge, with the ability to understand and resolve complex engineering challenges • Advanced technical engineering knowledge of Process Controls, SCADA/PLC, RTU, IT/OT, or Electrical Engineering preferred • PMP, PE, or higher/equivalent certification preferred • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Planview Adaptive Work), with intermediate understanding and experience of scheduling and cost planning • Microsoft Dynamics (Finance & Operations) experience preferred • Must have permanent work authorization for the US
