📋 Description

• Create SCADA point lists, remote terminal unit (RTU) programs, human-machine interfaces (HMI’s), meter programs, metering overviews, and calculations under the supervision of a lead engineer. • Program, install, troubleshoot, test, and commission Remote Terminal Units (RTU’s), Programmable Automation Controllers (PAC’s) & Human Machine Interfaces (HMI’s) for renewable and power utility SCADA systems. • Develop complete design packages for site network and communication architectures compliant with power utility client and regulatory requirements. • Establish and maintain schedules and provide timely progress reports and project status updates. • Takes ownership of quality and coaches/mentors others.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required. • Successful completion of the Professional Engineering (PE) exam, or the ability to obtain within 12 months of hire, required. • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is required. • Demonstrates proficiency and working knowledge of communication protocols (DNP3, Modbus, etc.) and internet network architectures. • Network design experience and implementation, networking/IT certifications like Cisco Certified Network Associate a plus. • Microsoft Software Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
