📋 Description

• Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts across business units and indirect cost centers • Develop and maintain detailed financial models supporting revenue, cost forecasting, and profitability analysis • Analyze monthly financial results, including variance analysis for direct and indirect costs • Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Contracts, and Operations to monitor financial performance and cost drivers • Ensure compliance with federal regulations, including FAR, CAS, and DCAA audit requirements • Assist in indirect rate development, tracking, and forecasting • Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for senior leadership • Support audits, incurred cost submissions, and government reporting requirements • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, and reporting systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred) • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or government contracting finance, and/or manufacturing finance • Strong understanding of government contract types (Cost-Plus, T&M, Fixed Price) • Knowledge of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation), CAS (Cost Accounting Standards), and DCAA requirements • Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling expertise • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
