📋 Description

• Test Strategy – design, document, and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans aligned with business objectives — including scope definition, schedules, risk assessments, and resource planning. • Test Automation – develop and oversee test automation strategies; execute and monitor automated testing activities when necessary. • Test Execution and Monitoring – oversee the execution of test cases, defect tracking, test environment configuration, and resource allocation. Monitor progress and resolve issues to keep testing on track. • Defect and Risk Management – manage the defect lifecycle, including logging, prioritization, and verification. Conduct risk analyses and apply mitigation strategies to ensure test quality. • Process Improvement and Quality Assurance – define and enforce QA policies, procedures, documentation standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. Adopt best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 25010). • DevOps Integration – integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines or DevOps workflows to enable continuous delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of experience in test development. • At least five years of experience involved in testing activities on SAP projects. • Extensive experience in automated testing is required; at least three years of experience. • Deep knowledge of Tricentis Tosca is mandatory; at least three years of experience. • Experience with work management tools (DevOps, Cloud ALM, or Jira) is a plus. • Availability to work European hours (EU shift) or to travel internationally when required. • Advanced or fluent proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
