📋 Description

• Monitor the network infrastructure using the Cisco Meraki Dashboard. • Perform basic configurations and controlled changes on Cisco Meraki MX, MS and MR devices. • Support the administration of SD-WAN and SASE environments. • Troubleshoot connectivity issues for LAN, WAN, WLAN and VPN. • Monitor internet links, network service performance and availability. • Assist in implementing security policies and access controls. • Handle incidents and requests related to network infrastructure. • Support management of remote access and user connectivity. • Document procedures, topologies and network configurations. • Work collaboratively with Information Security, Cloud and Infrastructure teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in network support, administration or operations in corporate environments. • Knowledge of TCP/IP fundamentals. • Knowledge of VLANs, subnets and netmasks. • Knowledge of switching and routing. • Experience with enterprise wireless networks. • Experience in network troubleshooting. • Familiarity with administering the Cisco Meraki Dashboard. • Experience configuring and managing Cisco Meraki MX (Security Appliance), MS (Switches) and MR (Access Points). • VLAN configuration in Meraki environments. • Device control and monitoring via the Meraki Dashboard. • Troubleshooting using tools available in the Cisco Meraki Dashboard. • Knowledge of SD-WAN. • Understanding of Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) concepts. • Familiarity with technologies and concepts such as Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) and Firewall as a Service (FWaaS). • Basic Information Security knowledge. • Knowledge of access control and network segmentation. • Knowledge of Site-to-Site VPN and Client VPN. • Knowledge of user authentication and authorization. • Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
