📋 Description

• Provide functional and operational support for SAP BCS in a critical corporate environment. • Support processes for: corporate consolidation • Financial/period-end closing • Currency conversion • Intercompany eliminations • Account reconciliations • Monitor, analyze and correct errors in critical close processes. • Investigate data inconsistencies between SAP ECC, SAP BCS and SAP BW. • Support Accounting and Controlling users during monthly close cycles. • Implement continuous improvements aiming at: reduction of recurring incidents; increased operational stability; greater predictability of the financial close; reduction of manual effort. • Develop pre-close validations and automation of operational processes. • Implement proactive monitoring of loads, interfaces and SAP BCS jobs. • Configure and maintain: consolidation versions; consolidation hierarchies; plan of items (PI); group chart of accounts; elimination rules; account classifications. • Support adjustments related to organizational structures and IFRS rules. • Ensure integrity and traceability of consolidated financial information. • Document consolidation processes, flows, rules and operational procedures. • Support knowledge transfer (KT) initiatives and continuous knowledge base development. • Work together with functional, technical and finance teams to resolve critical issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with SAP BCS, preferably more than 3 years. • Advanced knowledge of: statutory consolidation; IFRS; financial close processes. • Experience with SAP ECC FI. • Practical experience in: intercompany eliminations; currency conversion; corporate group structures. • Experience in AMS support or critical financial close operations. • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for accounting inconsistencies and SAP integrations. • Experience in high-criticality corporate environments with large operational volumes.
