• Support and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA • Handling service tickets and implementing enhancements • Problem analysis and resolution • Interaction with business areas • Documentation maintenance
🎯 Requirements
• Senior-level experience with SAP S/4HANA • Fluent English • Experience with SAP Public Cloud • Experience in AMS (Application Management Services) • Experience with FI/CO • Familiarity with the ITIL methodology is desirable • Knowledge of ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar) for ticket management
