📋 Description
• Handling tickets (incidents and enhancements) for clients on different SAP platforms (ECC / S/4HANA and Public Cloud). • Primary profile in SD with a secondary profile in MM. • Understanding processes together with the client’s users. • Configure, specify, test and support implementation. • Manage tickets under service, providing estimated hours to the client, delivery deadlines and follow-up with the technical team and users.
🎯 Requirements
• SD and AMS support (minimum 5 years) • MM, S/4HANA Private Cloud (minimum 2 years) • S/4HANA Public Cloud desirable • Advanced English • Good communication skills • Technical knowledge of the following topics: • Sales process configuration such as: direct warehouse sales, intercompany, credit memo, among others. • Experience with Fiori applications, IDocs, interfaces, main BAdIs, BAPIs and exits related to the module, and debugging basic functionalities. • Experience with an ITSM tool such as Xurrent, Jira, etc. • Advanced English.
