📋 Description

• Globally administer SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring uninterrupted operations • Manage service requests and changes using defined SLAs and KPIs • Perform configurations, system settings, and local adaptations as needed • Conduct system testing, identify issues, and perform troubleshooting • Provide functional support and ongoing user training • Monitor SAP SuccessFactors updates and maintain relevant certifications • Ensure compliance, system integrity, and an excellent user experience • Analyze business requirements related to HR and HCM processes • Prepare and maintain project and process documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant • Strong knowledge of HCM and Employee Central • Experience with HR processes and user/client administration • SAP SuccessFactors certification in one or more modules is a plus • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field • Availability to work in the European time zone
