📋 Description

• Act as a senior functional consultant on continuous improvement and maintenance initiatives for Salesforce Field Service solutions • Gather, analyze and document business requirements related to Field Service operations and management of field teams • Configure and enhance platform features, including Service Territories, Work Orders, Service Appointments and Work Types • Define and implement scheduling rules, scheduling policies and mechanisms for route and schedule optimization • Work on integration of Salesforce Field Service with other platform modules and corporate systems • Lead functional workshops with business stakeholders to understand operational processes and identify improvement opportunities • Produce functional documentation, specifications and process flows related to implemented solutions • Support functional testing, user acceptance and deployment of new features • Ensure alignment between business requirements, solution architecture and Salesforce platform best practices • Work on projects with high operational volume and environments with multiple integrations

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Salesforce • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Field Service • Experience with Service Territories, Work Orders, Service Appointments, Work Types, Scheduling Policies, optimization mechanisms and Dispatch • Experience modeling Field Service operational processes • Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with corporate systems • Experience in requirements gathering and functional documentation of solutions • Ability to analyze complex operational processes and define systemic improvements

• Remote work • Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM • Remote work model with occasional travel to Rio de Janeiro (approximately one week every 2–3 months)
