📋 Description

• Administer and manage the SAP landscape, including installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, etc.). • Perform upgrades, migrations, and apply patches to SAP systems. • Manage user configuration and administration, security, roles, and authorizations. • Plan and execute backup tasks, disaster recovery procedures, and ensure business continuity. • Monitor system performance, perform analysis, and conduct fine-tuning of SAP systems. • Collaborate with project teams to implement SAP solutions across development, test, and production environments. • Support security and compliance audits, ensuring best practices are followed. • Provide high-quality technical support to internal teams and stakeholders. • Document procedures and best practices for the operation and administration of SAP systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as an SAP Basis Consultant with a proven track record in complex environments. • Proficiency in installation, upgrading, and administration of various SAP components (ABAP, Java, NetWeaver, HANA, etc.). • Support and administration experience with SAP HANA, Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Sybase ASE databases, including performance tuning and troubleshooting. • Configuration and management of high-availability clusters and failover solutions in SAP landscapes. • Experience with SAP Solution Manager. • Administration experience in SAP cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. • Familiarity with operating systems like Linux, Windows, and UNIX. • Experience integrating SAP with Active Directory, Single Sign-On (SSO), and other security solutions. • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, and storage. • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. • SAP Basis and/or SAP HANA certification is a plus. • Fluent English, both written and spoken (if required). • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Detail-oriented with strong analytical ability.
