📋 Description
• Provide support for tickets (incidents and service requests) related to the SAP SD and GRC modules • Analyze functional errors, propose solutions, and implement fixes in the system • Assist users with technical and functional guidance and clarifications • Perform configuration adjustments and minor process improvements • Ensure the quality and stability of deliverables within established deadlines.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Senior SAP SD/GRC Consultant • Experience in support and incident resolution in production environments • Knowledge of billing processes, electronic invoicing and tax integrations • Functional and technical analysis skills to propose quick and effective solutions • Availability for immediate start and full-time commitment for the duration of the project.
