📋 Description

• Provide support and maintenance for critical systems in the MVNO environment. • Perform analysis and resolution of 1st and 2nd level incidents, including root cause investigation. • Monitor environment behavior after changes and deployments. • Analyze data flows between different databases and integrations. • Investigate inconsistencies in records, tables, integrations, and data pipelines. • Perform technical troubleshooting using SQL, logs, scripts, dashboards, and observability tools. • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to resolve complex incidents. • Create and maintain technical documentation for data flows, integrations, data standards, and operational procedures. • Interpret relational models, application diagrams, sequence diagrams, and UML documentation. • Propose continuous improvements to data pipelines to ensure greater efficiency and operational reliability. • Support corrective and workaround actions of low to medium complexity in the production environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience supporting and maintaining production systems. • Experience with technical troubleshooting and investigation of critical incidents. • Strong knowledge of SQL and interpreting complex queries. • Experience with multiple databases: • ◦ SQL Server • ◦ Oracle • ◦ MySQL • ◦ PostgreSQL • Knowledge of system integrations: • ◦ ETL • ◦ APIs • ◦ Replications • ◦ Messaging • Ability to read and analyze logs and monitor processes. • Basic knowledge of data modeling and information architecture. • Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools. • Experience with Salesforce: • ◦ Sales Cloud • ◦ Service Cloud • ◦ SOQL • ◦ OmniChannel • ◦ OmniScript • ◦ Order Management • Experience reading: • ◦ Application diagrams • ◦ Relational diagrams • ◦ Sequence diagrams • ◦ UML documentation • Ability to produce technical and operational documentation. • Experience in root cause analysis and incident resolution.
