📋 Description
• First point of contact for clients, assisting with account setup, platform usage, and troubleshooting • Provide multilingual customer support via email, chat, and phone • Assist clients with onboarding, KYC verification, and account maintenance • Support clients with MT4/MT5 trading platform queries and troubleshooting • Manage and resolve customer issues through ticketing and helpdesk systems • Escalate technical or compliance-related issues to relevant teams when necessary • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems • Deliver a high standard of customer care to ensure satisfaction and retention
🎯 Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in customer support within FX/CFD trading or financial services • Fluency in English plus one additional language (preferably Arabic or Malaysian/Indonesian) • Strong knowledge of MT4/MT5 platforms • Experience supporting KYC and client onboarding processes • Familiarity with ticketing or helpdesk systems • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Nice to have: Experience with CRM integrations and workflows • Nice to have: Exposure to affiliate/IB support functions • Nice to have: Background in fintech or crypto customer service • Additional languages a plus: Arabic, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Indonesian/Malaysian, Indian regional
