📋 Description
• Lead and manage the dealing desk, ensuring accurate and timely execution of trades across all instruments • Monitor and optimise liquidity provider performance and maintain strong relationships with key partners • Oversee real-time risk exposure and make strategic decisions on execution flow (A/B book management) • Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to ensure regulatory standards (CySEC, FCA, FSC) are met • Analyse flow quality, assess toxicity, and propose execution or routing improvements • Implement and manage connectivity with trading infrastructure (e.g., FXCubic, other bridges) • Coach and mentor the dealing team to maintain high performance and compliance standards
🎯 Requirements
• 8–10 years of experience in a senior dealing or trading operations role within FX/CFD brokerages • Proven experience leading a team of 5 or more within a high-paced dealing environment • Strong knowledge of MT5 trading platforms and multi-asset product execution • Deep understanding of liquidity provider relationships and bridge technologies (e.g., FXCubic) • Exposure to risk management methodologies and execution analytics • Excellent decision-making skills under pressure with a strong sense of accountability
